Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. The staff once helped me find a lost jewel, showing their dedication. Always a reliable choice for my stays. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

Plentiful breakfast in the restaurant to start the day. Fantastic location near Black Pork Street and shopping street, the airport, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and the ocean and seafood streets. Also, in Busan police station.

Housekeeping should be more attentive to room requests and ensure adequate seating for all guests!!! Hall carpets needed an upgrade, as they appeared stained and contributed to a tired look!!!

I enjoyed the spacious Family Twin Room Ocean View. It had fine ocean views and plenty of space to move around. The location was perfect, close to multiple restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to my requests. The bathroom could use some updates. The shower area felt cramped and wasn't very clean, with some soap marks on the tile. The lack of basic toiletries like a toothbrush was a bit inconvenient. Room lighting could be better. It felt dim in the evenings with only one lamp. Despite these issues, I loved the overall comfort and convenience of the hotel. I'd definitely return, hoping to see some improvements.

The spacious Family Twin Room Ocean View was perfect for our family, with fine ocean views and ample space for our luggage. The kids loved the easy access to the beach and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. The room was always clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could use some updates.

The location is superb, just a short walk from popular spots like Black Pork Street. The ocean view was lovely. We enjoyed spending time near the hotel's private beach area and found the convenience store on site super handy. Parking was surprisingly easy with ample spaces available, even during peak times.

The spacious room was a perfect fit for our family, and the cleaning staff were pretty good too make my daughter's bed extra special. We even witnessed the famous women divers harvesting shellfish right off the beachfront-such a unique and good experience!

The hotel has a great location and the staff are really accommodating! The cleaning lady always made my daughter's bed extra special, even arranging her toys like a little surprise.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the quality, it still felt acceptable.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of our room, a delight for unpacking and organizing our luggage. The friendly staff were attentive, and the convenient location near shopping and restaurants was a definite plus.
